What we need daily
Why pray every day? Because we need to remind ourselves of our position in Christ every day.

We had plans for our lives, we even invested our time and money strategically. But here we are, several years (even decades!) later, far from our dreams. Is all lost?
Whether it’s at the beginning of a new year or at any other time of the year that is conducive to a new beginning, we make all sorts of resolutions. We want to improve our health, appearance, relationships, etc. But what about our wisdom?
We know that the best God has given us is His Son Jesus. His sacrifice has given us eternal life, what more could we ask for? God’s generosity has no limits and our Father wants to bless His children even more.
Usually, when we quote a verse in Genesis in a conference about relationships, it’s Genesis 2:18 because it talks about marriage. However, there is an even more important part of our essence before marriage: we have been created in God’s image.
God is a good Father who generously gives us everything we need. Since we are His children, we should also be generous like our Father, but our selfish flesh does not want to. So how can we develop this skill?
Reading the first chapter of Romans, we understand that our eternal salvation and daily well-being are summed up in “who” we choose to revere and to whom we give our gratitude.
As Christians, we often imagine that being filled with the Holy Spirit is an emotional experience. It can be emotional or not. But we should ask God to fill us with His Holy Spirit regularly.
Following what God says, especially in relationships, can be difficult and even frustrating when we see that unbelieving couples date each other without restraint. But don’t give up: you will be happy that you have kept your standards.
Because we are human and our flesh does not like to be disciplined, we can sometimes become lax, slowing down our progress in faith. The important thing is not to wait until it is too late to return to Christ.
